Mystery shopping is an anonymous study or evaluation of the quality of services and relations with customers. It can be implemented in person, over the phone or via e-mail or internet. The survey enables us to accurately analyze the attitude of salespeople towards customers. All data is obtained from pretend shoppers (mystery shoppers), not from real customers.

Mystery Shopping is NOT a questionnaire. Mystery shoppers make contact with the company (banks, shops, car sales) and its staff either in person, by calling or by using some other method. They play a role of a customer following a pre-agreed script. Their task is to collect certain information and produce a report based on the experience.

Mystery Shopping enables you to obtain invaluable feedback on what is it like to be your customer.
