I am an expert for selling, communication skills and motivation and work as a coach in these fields. I specialize in sales interview skills for B2B and B2C, both from the perspective of unobtrusive additional sales as well as sales closure.
I offer sales-motivational training courses for salespeople, including retail salespeople, sales representatives, commercial travelers, sales consultants and catering personnel who come into contact with clients. For each of these groups I design a specific training program based on a completed Mystery Shopping survey.

I have been involved in the sales industry for over 25 years. In the past 12 years, over 200 companies entrusted me to organize sales training courses for them, and to date, they have all been satisfied.
My personal mission is to help salespeople become aware of their value and importance for the success of the company, as well as their role in relation to customers. An excellent customer experience can be either created or ruined by the staff’s friendly and professional contact with the client. All other marketing and promotional activities can be futile if the salespeople’s attitude is not there.
I have been the first to introduce the Mystery Shopping method in Slovenia. My specialized marketing agency has been opened since 2004.
My success story
I have first-hand experiences with selling. I started over 25 years ago as a door-to-door book salesperson. Doing that for two years, I gained invaluable experiences of field sales that I transferred to customer acquisition, which involved presentations and sales of AMC kitchenware. I worked as an insurance agent and also gathered 8 years of experience in advertisement marketing. In between, I also worked in a retail shop (textiles) and as a sales promoter for a media company. In most cases, I was paid by commission; therefore, I learnt how to self-motivate and how to motivate others to deliver good results. For the past 12 years, I have been successfully delivering this knowledge to numerous participants attending my workshop and sales courses.
